The Corporate Private Debt team has completed a $3 million financing transaction with Bathica to support the company’s organic sales growth.
Founded in 2017, Bathica is a fast-growing company specialized in the import and distribution of Tosot brand equipment including heating, ventilation and air conditioning for homes and businesses in Canada and in the United States. The company’s main source of revenue is the sale of ductless heat pumps, one of the most revolutionary technologies in energy efficiency.
