The Corporate Private Debt team has recently concluded a financing agreement with EBSU to acquire Eurorite, a well-established manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and storage solutions in Western Canada.
This transaction will allow EBSU to achieve its goal of serving Canadian customers from coast to coast, optimize the company’s production, delivery times and use of internal resources, as well as consolidate its position as a leader in Canada.
