The Corporate Private Debt team has completed a $2 million financing arrangement with Levis, Quebec based automobile retail group Gestion Pierre Couture Inc. facilitating the acquisition of a Subaru dealership.
Gestion Pierre Couture Inc. currently owns and operates 13 automobile dealerships across Quebec and is an industry leader, being in business for over 25 years.
