The Corporate Private Debt team has concluded a financing agreement to support Kinectrics’ acquisition of 800 Kipling Avenue in Etobicoke, Ontario. This 24-acre mixed-use site is Kinectrics’ global headquarters, with administrative offices and the company’s world class design, testing and manufacturing facilities.
Kinectrics is an integrated life cycle management services company providing testing, inspection, certification and engineering consulting for the electric power generation, transmission and distribution markets worldwide.
