The Corporate Private Debt team has concluded a financing transaction with Searchlight Pharma Inc. for the acquisition of ERFA Canada 2012 Inc. The acquisition adds a diverse portfolio of over 20 brands that provides the company with a significant increase to both scale and cash flow.
The acquisition was financed with low-cost, 8-year self-amortizing term debt provided by Fiera Private Debt, and with additional capital and support from existing shareholders.
