Brian Ko BSc, MBA, CFA
Senior Managing Director, Corporate and Infrastructure Debt Finance
Mr. Ko provides leadership in support of business development, investment approval, fund strategy, investor relations, and portfolio management. With over 15 years of experience in corporate lending and fixed income, he contributes to the success of the business by growing AUM through strategic capital deployment and the continuous development of private debt strategies. Mr. Ko is a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Fiera Private Debt in July 2019, Mr. Ko had worked at Integrated Asset Management Corp. with the Private Debt Group since 2011. Mr. Ko was responsible for origination, client negotiations, deal structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Integrated Asset Management, he spent four years in fixed income research at DBRS, where he was an Assistant Vice President in the energy group.
Mr. Ko holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Commerce from the University of Toronto, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
