Director, Corporate Private Debt
Rawan Mokhallalati joined Fiera Private Debt and became a member of the Corporate Private Debt Team in 2026. As a Director, she is responsible for origination, deal structuring, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Fiera Private Debt, Ms. Mokhallalati was a Commercial Credit Adjudicator at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). Previous to this role, she held the position of Senior Auditor and the position of Senior Financial Advisor for more than four years at Deloitte S.E.N.C.R.L/s.r.l.Ms. Mokhallalati has extensive experience in public sector audit, business valuation, financial due diligence and advisory as well as credit analysis.
Rawan Mokhallalati holds her CPA Auditor designation and is in the process of obtaining her CBV designation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Honours) with a specialization in Accounting and her Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting – CPAfrom HEC Montréal University.
